  I went in to get a watch resized. I had such a pleasant time speaking with the beautiful girl behind the counter and my daughter had fun playing with the old family dog that wandered around in their store. It was a great customer service experience and I plan on going back soon.

  My wife's wedding band was having many of the small diamonds fall out. He replaced the missing diamonds as agreed, and took it upon himself to re-secure all of the other diamonds on the band. He also polished and re-tightened her wedding ring for free.
